The Flight Deck hosts basecamps to teach members of the RCAF the innovative mindset of agile, sprint and design thinking methodologies commonly practiced in the tech start-up industry.

Basecamps work to empower military members to understand the needs of the force and think more creatively. By attending Communitech run basecamps, they are taught how to apply this methodology when it comes to solving problems on the job.
